Join the IOWN Global Forum members as they examine the evolution of next-generation communications and infrastructure technology and its role in reaching 2030’s sustainable development goals. This half-day program includes three sessions, during which experts will introduce Innovative Optical and Wireless Network (IOWN) technology and IOWN Global Forum's vision of the new future, discuss how this technology can help address growing data center demands and consider its potential influence on the development of 5G and beyond.
The program will include three components:
Panel 1: Introduction to the IOWN Global Forum and Updates from Leading Organizations
Get an introduction to IOWN technology and the IOWN Global Forum from a team of members representing leading global organizations.
Panel 2: The New Norm for Data Centers
Join panelists for a discussion on the challenges facing data centers in 2025 and beyond, including how to accommodate skyrocketing demand from AI while also meeting needs to reduce energy consumption. Panelists will look at how IOWN technology could help reduce data center demands and impact other connectivity-based services and infrastructure, as well as discuss what the “new norm” will look like for data centers.
Panel 3: Increasing the ROI for 5G and Beyond
The program concludes with a panel examining IOWN technology’s role in the development of 5G and beyond. Telecom industry experts will look at how the telco industry can utilize IOWN technology to deliver benefits for today’s 5G networks as well as help pioneer energy efficient practices and advancements for the future of 5G and beyond.
