Press/industry analyst

Media members and industry analysts can review the accreditation criteria and apply to attend MWC26 Barcelona once familiar with the requirements.

Please ensure that you have access to the relevant supporting materials and your Passport or EU National ID card (Spanish Residency cards / NIE not accepted) before starting your application. These documents are required to complete your application.

Please allow 5 – 10 working days while we review your application for a press pass. If you have not heard from us after this time, please email [email protected].

GSMA member discounts

GSMA members benefit from a 30% discount on passes to MWC

(does not include co-located events such as 4YFN)

Please note: The discount code is only for use by attendees from a Member Organisation. Discount codes are not to be shared with external customers and clients. If you use a member discount code and are not an eligible attendee from a Member Organisation, you will be personally liable for the full amount of the applicable registration fee.

How to retrieve and use your member code:

Log into Member Gateway and click on Member Organisations. Select your organisation, then scroll down to find Organisation Information where you will locate your Member ID. This will contain up to 6 alphanumeric characters
Add the prefix BCN to your Member ID e.g. BCN123456 or BCNAC1234.
Before you start your registration, enter your code and click “apply code” to receive the discount.

Group Purchase

Registered attendees can now purchase up to 28 passes at a time through their account. Just follow these simple steps:

Complete your attendee registration or sign into your account here.
Once logged in, you can select ‘purchase extra passes’ from your account
Follow the instructions.

You can purchase between 1 and 28 extra passes at a time. If you have a discount code, you can also add this to your purchase – just click ‘apply code’ at the beginning to receive your discount.
