Ralph Rodschat leads the Ciena global best practices across our SE community as we support our customers in transforming their networks to be more agile and adaptive. With more than 35 years in our industry spanning sales engineering, business development, PLM, tech support and manufacturing, Ralph provides technical thought leadership, and inspires and empowers the teams he works with to achieve success through efficiency gains, technical development and customer relationships. Mr. Rodschat has a Bachelor’s of Engineering from the University of British Columbia and an M.B.A. from McGill University.
