With 8 years of experience in venture building, she has played a key role in supporting over 200 projects from over 100 research centres and universities across Europe.
As Head of Tech Transfer Operations at Mobile World Capital Barcelona, Ona leads national and international deep-tech venture-building programs, overseeing operations, due diligence, business modelling, and team formation. Her work has led to the creation of 45+ high-performance teams, composed of scientific profiles and entrepreneurs, resulting in 22 spin-offs, valued at €73M+.
