Speaker Bio
With more than 20 years of experience in tech entrepreneurship, Adam has founded or co-founded five ventures across North America and Europe, leading four to successful exits - consistently proving his ability to build and scale innovative technology companies. Early in his career, he created proprietary software that powered Canada’s first digital billboard network—achieving national market penetration in just 24 months, well ahead of major industry incumbents. His knack for establishing multinational supply chains and overseeing the international assembly and deployment of electronic infrastructure has seen him build Canada’s most advanced wireless remanufacturing facility, recognized by the government of Canada's innovation grants.
Prior to co-founding Radium, Adam was instrumental in establishing a global distribution network for HendinTech, securing partnerships in more than 26 countries, and managing large-scale digital infrastructure deployments in Germany for Motion Networks. He has negotiated exclusive agreements with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, including BestBuy, Rogers, AT&T, and Telus. Adam's previous leadership roles include President of HendinTech (acquired 2017), Co-Founder of Inspired Photonics (acquired 2014), and Founder of Zoom Media (acquired 2007). Drawing on his extensive track record in launching, scaling, and exiting tech ventures, Adam is leading Radium’s mission to transform how enterprises build and host their own private language models.
